PRIVACY INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REG. (UE) N. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “Regulation” or “GDPR”)
The processing of personal data of users who consult the site www.familylawboschetti.com (hereinafter “Site”), is inspired by the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in conformity with Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 (“GDPR”). This information notice is provided exclusively for this Site and not for other websites eventually consulted by the user through links present on the Site.

Types of personal data processed
Navigation data
The IT systems and the applications dedicated to the functioning of this website detect, during their normal functioning, some data (whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable users.
Among the data collected are IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used for the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response of the server (for example error, successful) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
These data are processed for the strictly necessary time, in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to control its regular functioning, to be subsequently cancelled.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The voluntary and explicit sending of personal data to the addresses indicated on this Site and the filling in of the “form” specifically prepared by the Data Controller, entail the subsequent acquisition of the same (e.g. personal and contact data, payment data, etc.), some of them necessary to provide the requested service.

The complete list of subjects to whom personal data are communicated is constantly updated and can be known free of charge by requesting it from the Data Controller.
Outside the hypotheses described above, your personal data will not be disseminated in any way, save for separate consent.
Period of data retention
Such data are processed only within the scope of the purposes referred to in the following paragraph, for a maximum period of 6 months.
The personal data whose collection requires the explicit consent of users (so-called ancillary purposes) will be processed for a period not exceeding 6 months, for statistical purposes, starting from the date on which we receive your consent.
Once this retention period has elapsed, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous.
Rights of data subjects
At any moment, you may exercise, pursuant to artt. 15-22 del Regolamento, the right to:
- Request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
- Obtain indications concerning the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the period of retention; obtain the rectification and cancellation of data; obtain the limitation of processing;
- Obtain data portability, that is, receive them from a Data Controller, in a structured format, in common use and legible by automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;
- Object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- Object to an automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling;
- Request the Data Controller for access to personal data and their rectification or cancellation or the limitation of the processing concerning them or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability; revoke consent at any moment.
